We stand behind every product. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. The guarantee applies to your first order of any product and to one bottle/unit per SKU per household.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vitalytics.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

You do not need to return opened bottles or used product to receive your refund — just provide your order number. For unopened items, we may ask you to ship them back; we will provide instructions.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@vitalytics.shop within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support before your next billing date. Charges already processed for a shipped order follow the standard 30-day refund window.

Exclusions

Free gifts, gift cards, final-sale items, and shipping fees are non-refundable. The guarantee does not apply to bulk or wholesale orders.
