Shipping Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
US shipping
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available at checkout).
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying US orders — the threshold is shown in your cart at checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.
Tracking and delays
Track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email or our Track Order page. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email hello@vitalytics.shop and we will help resolve it.
Lost or stolen packages
Vitalytics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and, in many cases, replace your order at our discretion.
Address changes
Contact hello@vitalytics.shop as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
